Welcome to ONLINE YOGA CLASS. By registering for or participating in our online yoga sessions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in Online Yoga Class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register for the classes.

 

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to join the classes.

 

3. Health Disclaimer

Yoga involves physical activity. By joining our classes you confirm that:

  • You are in suitable physical condition to participate.

  • You will consult a doctor if you have any medical conditions.

  • and its instructors are not responsible for injuries or health issues that may occur during or after classes.

Participants should practice at their own pace and stop if they feel pain or discomfort.

 

4. Class Access

  • Classes are conducted online via video platforms (such as Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

  • Participants will receive access links after registration or payment.

  • Access links should not be shared with others.

 

5. Payments and Fees

  • All class fees must be paid in advance.

  • Fees are non-transferable unless approved by management.

  • Prices may change in the future with notice.

 

6. Refund Policy

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable except in special circumstances.

  • If a class is canceled by , an alternative session or credit may be provided.

 

7. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Join classes on time.

  • Maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and other participants.

  • Not record, distribute, or share class content without permission.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All class content including videos, teaching methods, materials, and recordings belong to ROCKTI. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution is prohibited.

 

9. Privacy

Your personal information (name, email, phone number) will be used only for:

  • Class communication

  • Registration and payment

  • Important updates

ROCKTI will not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

ROCKTI and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the online yoga classes.
